Our verdict

Needs caution

Even if a giveaway occurs, there is no way to verify that selection is truly random without independent oversight. This is a common misleading element in social media giveaways. (Only 2 of 3 AI systems responded.)

Individual assessments

Assessment summary

  • The response is partly accurate because the iPhone 17 Pro Max is a real product released on September 19, 2025, not a future device.
  • The giveaway claim is still misleading because it presents a current-time promise of 'in exactly 24 hours' without any verifiable evidence that the poster actually exists, will run such a giveaway, or can deliver 20 iPhone 17 Pro Max units.
